当前,各级各部门以及特区、各类开发区,要重点克服以下几种思想。 一要克服满足现状的思想。应当看到,特区、开发区作为改革开放的试验田、排头兵和全省经济发展的龙头,潜力还没有充分挖掘出来。与深圳、浦东以及大连、天津等发展较快的特区、开发区相比,差距还很大,形势逼人。有的同志还存在满足现状的思想,只看到取得的成绩,看不到存在的差距,机遇意识不强。我们要有危机感和紧迫感,争创新的优势,加快自己的发展。
