为解决毫米波天线罩电性能参数的测量问题,本文设计了分布式自动测试硬件系统,并对系统的主要指标进行论证,在解决了诸多关键问题的基础开发了系统软件,最终实现了毫米波天线罩电性能参数自动测试系统的集成。测试结果表明,该系统能对毫米波导弹天线罩瞄准误差、天线罩透波率、相位畸变、天线方向图等进行准确测试,这为毫米波天线罩的研制提供一个良好的测试平台。
In order to solve the measurement problem of the electrical performance parameters of the millimeter-wave radome, this paper designs a distributed automatic test hardware system, and demonstrates the main indicators of the system. Based on the solution to many key problems, the system software is developed and the millimeter wave Radome Electrical Parameters Automatic Test System Integration. The test results show that the system can accurately test the aiming error of the millimeter-wave radome, the radome permeability, the phase distortion and the antenna pattern, which provides a good testing platform for the millimeter-wave radome.
