时光飞逝,转眼二十几年过去了。回味自己这二十几年的教育生涯,感慨万千,品味着成功的喜悦,享受着为人师的幸福。苏霍姆林斯基曾说过:“没有爱就没有教育,教育的全部奥秘在于如何爱护学生,做学生生活的导师和道德的引路人。”正是这样。在多年的教育教学工作中,特别是在担任班主任的那些年,我时刻坚持奉上一份真情,献上一份爱心,让每个学生心中都有一片灿烂的阳光,在爱的天平上从不放上偏见的砝码。
