建筑工程造价,一般是指进行某项工程建设所花费的费用,即从筹建到竣工验收交所使用的全部费用。它由建筑安装工程费,设备工器具购置费,工程建设其它费和预备费及税金组成。随着当前市场管理体制改革的不断深化,招投标制度在建筑安装工程市场中已被广泛使用。建筑安装工程预算造价在基本建设中起着承上启下的作用,在工程造价管理中占有举足轻重的地位。
