党和政府對青年的體格培養,是很重視的。一九四九年,在蘇聯曾設了許多新的專科師範,這些師範的目的,在於培養七年制普通中學的體育教師。列寧格勒體育師範學校的存在,已經不只一年而有相當長的历史,因之也已有了若干的經驗。各加盟共和國的教育部和體育運動管理委員會當前的一個重要任務,就是改善学生體格培養的設施,提高體育課的質量和運動的技術。 這些任務的順利完成,是和培養一批教得好而又善於運動的體育教師密切相連的。
The party and government attach great importance to the physical cultivation of young people. In 1949, many new specialized teachers were set up in the Soviet Union. The purpose of these teachers was to train physical education teachers in seven-year ordinary secondary schools. The existence of Leningrad PE Normal School has been quite a long history in more than a year, and as a result, it has had some experience. The current mission of the ministries of education and sports management committees in the republics is to improve students’ physical training facilities and to improve the quality and movement of physical education classes. The successful completion of these tasks is closely linked with cultivating a group of PE teachers who teach well and exercise well.
