从系统工程的角度出发,运用动力学及概率论等手段,构造免疫纲的基 本模型,通过此模型去考察免疫系统的基本结构及特性,寻找其内在规律,得 出免疫信息处理的基本方式.通过计算机模拟实验,找到了自我·非自我形成 的规律,发现了自我一自我认识过程中的信息流动原理,从而解决了免疫系 统的最重要问题──自我·非自我认识问题.
From the perspective of system engineering, this paper constructs the basic model of Immunology by means of dynamics and probability theory. Through this model, the basic structure and characteristics of the immune system are investigated. The inner laws of the immune system are searched out and the basic methods of immunological information processing are obtained. Through computer simulation experiments, we found the law of self-non-self-formation and discovered the principle of information flow in the process of self-self-awareness, thus solving the most important problem of the immune system ─ ─ self-non-self-awareness.
