本文介绍了自行研制的高精度带钢成品检测系统。该系统是一套自动连续测量高精度带钢厚度、宽度及重卷自动对中的成品检测系统，并附有超标声光报警，自动打印记录和现场有密码情况下设置偏差值、修正量等功能；其测厚采用可编程控制器控制线性电压差动变压器式传感器自动跟踪修正测量，其测宽采用CCD光电检测电子快门，数字倍频计算机控制测量，其机组采用全数字系统控制带钢张力。传动方向及重卷自动对中，从而保证了系统高精度检测要求。
This article describes the self-developed high-precision strip finished product testing system.
