改革,开放,经济迅猛发展,城区景貌日新月异,精神文明建设成绩卓著,这一切都有力地影响着和促进了教育的改革。这几年正是搞好教育的“黄金”时机。然而,不可否认的是,对外开放以后,外来文化的涌入,使“一切向钱看”的不良风气,对资产阶级腐朽生活方式的追求和新的“读书无用论”有所抬头,这给教育工作出了新的难题。对此,我们教育工作者必须认清新形势,研究新情况,打破旧的、局限于校园的封闭式教育,走出课堂,走向社会,感受现代化的进程,采取新的、开放式的教育来培养下一代。对如何根据开放城市的特点做好班主任工作,我有下面的体会。
