我们在配制氯化钠、林格氏及各种浓度的葡萄糖等大瓶注射液过程中,采用了多种滤材合并使用过滤药液的方法,收到了较好的效果。使用此法可以利用多种滤材的优点,避免它们单独使用时的缺点,可提高过滤速度。滤过的药液澄明度也合乎规定。现将此法报道如下。一、滤材的选择: 1.垂熔玻砂滤棒:天津产,有六个型号,分两种样式。型号和性能基本同垂熔玻璃漏斗,其中以1G4和1G5宜用作注射液的过滤,并且比垂熔漏斗过滤面积大、滤速高。此外还具有容易取用和处理方便等优点。 2.绸布:用掺有少量蔴纤维的市售丝绸,裁成能包裹滤棒二至三层大,下端稍长一至二寸。 3.滤纸:用医药公司所售的大张滤纸(56
