目的 通过 14 1例腮腺包块的临床分析 ,提高对腮腺包块的诊断和治愈率。方法 对我院 1979～1998年收治的 14 1例腮腺包块进行回顾性分析 ,按病理学分类 ,其中良性肿瘤 10 1例 ,恶性肿瘤 3 2例 ,其它病变 8例 ,所有包块均行手术治疗 ,对恶性肿瘤术后酌情放疗。结果 13 2例腮腺包块均经手术治愈 ,2例混合瘤及 7例恶性肿瘤术后复发。结论 腮腺包块的正确诊断对治疗方法有重要意义 ,恶性肿瘤综合治疗可提高患者生存率。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and cure rate of parotid mass by analyzing the clinical data of 141 parotid masses. Methods A total of 141 parotid gland masses from 1979 to 1998 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to pathological classification, 101 cases were benign tumors, 32 cases were malignant tumors and 8 cases were other lesions. Surgical procedures Treatment, discretional radiotherapy for malignant tumors. Results 132 cases of parotid gland mass were cured surgically, 2 cases of mixed tumor and 7 cases of malignant tumor recurrence. Conclusion The correct diagnosis of parotid mass is of great significance to the treatment. The comprehensive treatment of malignant tumor can improve the survival rate of patients.
