目的分析接种卡介苗引起全身播散性感染病例,为预防接种异常反应处置提供参考。方法根据患者临床症状、体征和相关检测以及疑似预防接种异常反应规范等进行分析。结果经福建省预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组诊断,结论为“淋巴结结核、肝结核,与接种卡介苗有关”。由省财政给予相应补偿。结论及时发现和治疗卡介苗引起的感染病例,减少并发症,指导预防接种异常反应处置,确保免疫规划工作健康开展。
Objective To analyze the cases of systemic disseminated infection caused by Bacille Calmette-Guerin (BCG) inoculation and provide reference for preventing the abnormal response in vaccination. Methods According to the patient’s clinical symptoms, signs and related tests and suspected vaccination abnormal reaction norms were analyzed.
