新建兰新铁路二线新疆段4标地处新疆哈密,局部地区表层粉土层较厚,由于粉土压缩性较大,无法满足无碴轨道沉降要求,因此对于粉土地段必须进行地基处理。对于粉土厚度大于6m的,一般采用CFG桩加固处理,桩顶设置桩帽。现主要介绍总结长螺旋成孔CFG桩施工过程中的各种控制措施,介绍一些施工中的经验教训,为类似地基处理工程提供参考。
The Xinjiang-Xinjiang New Railway Line 2 Xinjiang section 4 is located in Hami, Xinjiang. The surface silt layer is thick in some areas. Due to the large compressibility of silt, it can not meet the requirement of ballastless track settlement. Therefore, foundation treatment must be carried out for the silt section. For the silt thickness greater than 6m, the general use of CFG pile reinforcement, pile top set pile cap. This paper mainly introduces various control measures during the construction of CFG pile with long helix and introduces some experiences and lessons in construction to provide references for similar ground treatment projects.
