目的探讨香菇多糖抑制移植性脑胶质瘤生长和转移的作用及机制研究。方法观察不同药物剂量的香菇多糖对多形性胶质母细胞瘤小鼠模型体内肿瘤细胞生长的影响,ELISA法检测对荷瘤小鼠外周血血清中白细胞介素-2和VEGF含量的影响。结果香菇多糖对多形性胶质母细胞瘤生长的抑制率以中剂量为佳,能够提高多形性胶质母细胞瘤小鼠外周血血清中白细胞介素-2及减少VEGF的含量,但中剂量最为显著。结论香菇多糖对多形性胶质母细胞瘤的生长和转移有显著的抑制作用,希望其药用价值早日投入临床使用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of lentinan on the growth and metastasis of transplanted glioma. Methods The effects of different doses of lentinan on the growth of tumor cells in mice with glioblastoma multiforme were observed. The levels of interleukin-2 and VEGF in peripheral blood serum were detected by ELISA. Results The inhibition rate of lentinan on the growth of glioblastoma multiforme was medium dose, which could increase the level of interleukin-2 and decrease the content of VEGF in the peripheral blood of mice with glioblastoma multiforme The most significant dose. Conclusions Lentinan can significantly inhibit the growth and metastasis of glioblastoma multiforme, and hope its medicinal value can be put into clinical application as soon as possible.
