我厂在锅炉蛇形管的制造中,已采用了闪光对焊(图1),本文叙述了在试验和试生产过程中的一些经验及体会。图1 管子闪光对焊时的情景锅炉蛇形管包括过热器和省煤器,它们都处在高压水和蒸汽的循环下,加热温度高达280~490℃(指中压锅炉的过热器)。在这种情况下运转的管子,除了对管子的焊接接头要能满足机械性能以外,更重要的是必须保证接头的金相要求,并要有一定的通径。我们试生产的蛇形管有:Φ32/26和Φ38/31的20号钢管及Φ42/35的15XM钢管,经过机械性能试验,极限强度和弯曲角度都达到了甚至超过了要求的标准。图2是拉力试样的加工图。
