以 Ti Cl4+ O2 为反应体系 ,从热力学和动力学的角度出发 ,讨论了 RF- PCVD法制备Ti O2 超细粉成核过程的温度范围。设计了实验用反应器和冷却器 ,测量了冷却器中的温度分布及Ti O2 超细粉的晶型、粒径和分布 ,表明 Ti O2 成核长大、晶型转变过程发生在反应器内。制备了平均粒径为 30 nm、用作光催化材料的纯锐钛 Ti O2 超细粉。
With TiCl4 + O2 as the reaction system, the temperature range of the nucleation process of TiO2 ultrafine powders prepared by RF-PCVD was discussed from the view of thermodynamics and kinetics. The experimental reactor and cooler were designed. The temperature distribution in the cooler and the crystal form, particle size and distribution of the Ti O2 superfine powder were measured. It showed that the nucleation and growth of Ti O2 grew and the transformation occurred in the reactor . A pure anatase Ti O2 ultrafine powder with an average particle size of 30 nm was prepared for photocatalysis.
