Weber’s theory of the conventionalization of the Kalachakra organization holds the view that organizations established under the Kalachakra authority must conduct a conventional transformation for the sake of their long-term existence and development. The three major tasks of its normalization are: establishing order; ensuring the normal operation and development of the economy; establishing a more advantageous social position for the members of the organization
