利用新鲜未肝素化自体动脉血经立体定向术注入大鼠脑尾状核建立脑出血模型,观察脑出血后24小时内远离血肿的额叶部位局部脑血流量(rCBF)和脑水份含量的变化。结果:血肿远隔区额叶rCBF迅速下降,并持续一定时间;其水份含量则随时间推移而增加,均为血肿侧变化较血肿对侧明显,但脑水肿高峰期晚于rCBF下降高峰期,提示血肿远隔区脑血流下成是脑水肿发生发展的重要原因。
The model of intracerebral hemorrhage was established by injecting fresh non-heparinized autologous arterial blood into the caudate nucleus of rat brain by stereotaxic technique. The regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and the content of brain water in the frontal lobe away from the hematoma were observed within 24 hours after intracerebral hemorrhage Variety. Results: The rCBF of the frontal lobe of hematoma decreased rapidly and persisted for a certain period of time. The moisture content increased with the passage of time, all of which showed obvious changes on the hematoma side compared with the contralateral side of the hematoma, but the peak of cerebral edema was later than the peak of rCBF declining , Suggesting that cerebral hemorrhage into distant areas of hematoma is an important reason for the occurrence and development of cerebral edema.
