外商投资企业的高速发展,带来了这些企业众多的涉及维护和保障职工权益问题,要求建立工会、了解有关工会工作情况的呼声增多,在此,我们依据现有法律法规就有关外商投资企业工会的组建和活动规则问题作一些解答和宣传。
