When more than 20 years of teachers, sent off after another batch of students, whenever I recall a lot of memories, I feel a lot of this, in adhering to the scientific concept of development to promote the overall development of students in the context of I Teach from more than twenty years to complete the essay by writing, with a view to share with colleagues. All teachers, are looking forward to all-round development of students, good quality, good learning, many face to face are better. Be a qualified person and ultimately, be confident and enterprising, develop students' self-confidence. But how can we promote the all-round development of students so that they can become the country?
