目的对四川5种合欢的花序进行形态组织学的比较研究。方法采用性状鉴别与显微鉴别方法,比较了5种合欢花的药材性状、总花梗横切面与药材粉末的特征。结果与结论所做研究可为合欢花的品种鉴别和进一步开发提供依据。
Objective To compare the morphological and histological characteristics of the inflorescences of five species of Acacia in Sichuan Province. Methods The traits of medicinal materials, total cross section of pedicels and the characteristics of medicinal powder were compared by traits identification and microscopic identification. Results and Conclusions The research can provide the basis for the identification and further development of Acacia flowers.
