近10余年来,尿道下裂修复术有了一期完成手术与尿道口修复到正位两个方面的进展。本文综合各家所长,就隧道法的应用、尿道口与阴茎头的成形、阴茎皮肤及游离移植物的应用诸方面的技巧做一综述,以求提高尿道下裂修复术的效果。
The past 10 years, hypospadias repair surgery has completed a surgery and urethral orifice repair to the two aspects of the progress. In this paper, the director of each synthesis, on the application of the tunnel method, the formation of the urethra and the penis head, penile skin and the application of free graft aspects of the techniques are reviewed in order to improve the effectiveness of hypospadias repair.
