今年《湖南档案》第二期刊登了知日同志的《有感于“党案局”》的短文,读后叫人深思。笔者发现,平时降了把“档案局”写成“党案局”者有,把“档案局”读成“tang(趟)案局”,写成“挡案局”的。也不乏其人。最近,笔者参加了一次档案工作检查,就听到好几个档案局、馆的同志把“档”读成“tang”。据说有个机关档案室将“挡案管理制度”堂而皇之地贴在墙上。我想,作为非档案部门的同志把“档”读成“tang”(趟)字,写成“挡”字,尚还可以原谅;可是身为档案部门工作的同志,或从事档案工作的同志也读错写错,
