目前沥青混合料设计中的高温性能指标要求是一种均值的概念,对于工程质量控制而言只有50%的可靠度,是明显偏低的。为了研究沥青混合料高温性能指标的可靠性并提出具有一定可靠度水平的高温性能指标要求,采用Shapiro-Wilk检验法分析了几种不同沥青面层材料的室内标准车辙试验和现场抽检车辙试验的概率分布。结果表明:车辙试验的动稳定度指标部分服从正态分布、全部服从对数正态分布,并根据“应力-强度干涉理论”计算了不同可靠度水平、不同变异水平下沥青混合料高温性能评价指标的可靠度系数,最后参考规范要求提出了不同等级公路的高温性能指标控制标准,为从概率角度控制工程质量提供了依据。
At present, the high temperature performance index requirement in asphalt mixture design is an average concept, and only about 50% of the reliability for engineering quality control is obviously low.
