高校英语教师或多或少都会有一定的职业倦怠现象,自我效能感水平也不够理想。那么,什么是职业倦怠和自我效能感?对这两方面的研究到底有何意义呢?本文对高校英语教师职业倦怠和自我效能感两者之间的关系进行了梳理和系统的研究总结,将从这两个概念出发,探讨如何培养高校英语教师的自我效能感和提升其自我效能。
College English teachers more or less have a certain degree of burnout, self-efficacy is not ideal level. So, what is the sense of job burnout and self-efficacy? What is the significance of the research on these two aspects? In this paper, the relationship between the job burnout and self-efficacy of English teachers in colleges and universities is reviewed and systematically summarized. Starting from these two concepts, this paper discusses how to cultivate self-efficacy and enhance self-efficacy of college English teachers.
