随着建设工程的复杂化,当前工程管理专业教学模式培养出的管理人才不能较好地满足社会及市场的需求,工程管理专业教学体系改革迫在眉睫。文章简要分析了工程管理专业教学体系的现状以及平台课程融合体系构建的必要性,以知识融合为核心,以“生命周期执业能力”和“能力教育导向”为导向,构建了工程管理专业平台课程融合“生命周期维-实践维-能力维”体系。为给新形势下工程管理专业教育教学改革提供有益参考,透过平台课程融合体系给出了坚持以知识融合为核心思维,以学科交叉为重要载体的教学改革思路,重点打造“国际化、博士化、双师型”的工程管理专业教学科研团队和注重校企合作、强化社会网络,促进“政产学研”融合三点启示。
With the complexity of construction projects, the current management personnel training in engineering management can not meet the needs of the society and the market well. Reform of the engineering management major teaching system is imminent. The article briefly analyzes the current situation of the engineering management major teaching system and the necessity of constructing the platform curriculum integration system. With knowledge fusion as the core, guided by “life cycle practice ability” and “ability education orientation”, the paper constructs a project Management professional platform course integration “life cycle dimension - practice dimension - ability dimension ” system. In order to provide a useful reference for the education and teaching reform of engineering management under the new situation, the author puts forward the teaching reform ideas of adhering to the core of knowledge fusion and interdisciplinary teaching as the important carrier through the platform course integration system, and focuses on creating an internationalized, Doctoral, double teacher “project management professional teaching and research team and focus on school-enterprise cooperation, strengthen social networks, and promote” political, academic research "integration of three enlightenments.
