分部结晶纯制氧化镧的过程中,需要简便快速测定铈的化学分析方法。本工作利用Ce(Ⅳ)在适当酸度下能被二-2-乙基已基磷酸(HDEHP)定量萃取与基体分离。被萃取的Ce(Ⅳ)用H_2O_2,还原后返回水相,在弱碱性介质中与邻苯二酚二磺酸钠(钛铁试剂)生色。所拟定方法的重现性和灵敏度是令人满意的,操作手续也方便快速。样品分析全部过程仅需1个小时左右,分析结果与光谱法结果对照是满意的。测定下限为10微克Ce/25毫升。
Part of the crystallization of pure lanthanum oxide process, the need for simple and rapid determination of cerium chemical analysis methods. In this work, Ce (IV) can be separated from the matrix by quantitative extraction with di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid (HDEHP) under appropriate acidity. Ce (Ⅳ) extracted with H_2O_2, reduced to the aqueous phase, and colored with sodium catechol disulfonate (ferrotitanium reagent) in weak alkaline medium. The reproducibility and sensitivity of the proposed method are satisfactory and the procedure is quick and easy. The entire sample analysis process takes only about 1 hour, and the results of the analysis are in good agreement with the results of the spectrometry. The lower limit of determination is 10 μg Ce / 25 ml.
