当前,个私协会工作面临着诸多困难和挑战,协会改革发展任务紧迫而繁重。个私协会的出路何在?如何正确认识个私协会工作面临的困难?怎样科学应对个私协会工作面临的挑战?是摆在各级协会工作者面前亟待回答的问题。2014年年初,在广东工商系统多个部门担任过领导职务并履职地级市工商局局长达十年之久的王加林同志,转任广东省个私协会常务副会长兼秘书长。半年多来的随同调研和交流,记者发现,其丰富的任职背景,使其对个私协会工作有着较为新颖的认识和看法。这些认识和观点,对于各地个私协会工作或有参考和启迪之价值。
At present, the work of private associations faces many difficulties and challenges. The task of reform and development of the association is pressing and heavy. How to find out exactly how to deal with the difficulties faced by the private associations and how to deal with the challenges facing the work of the private associations? It is an issue to be answered urgently by the workers at all levels. In early 2014, Comrade Wang Jialin, who served as a leader in various sectors of the commercial and industrial system in Guangdong and worked for a decade in the prefectural-level city of Commerce and Industry, was transferred to the standing vice-chairman and secretary general of the Guangdong Private-owned Association. After more than six months of investigation and exchange, the reporter found that his rich background of appointment made him have a relatively new understanding and view on the work of private associations. These understandings and perspectives are valuable references and inspiration to the work of private associations in various places.
