1.引言我国城市集中供热事业通过30多年来的建设,已初具规模。三北地区已有54个城市有了城市集中供热设施,供热面积达8000万平方米,城市供热在工农业生产和人民生活中发挥了良好的效益。随着城市供热规模的不断扩大,现有城市热网的监测、控制、调节和管理技术水平需不断提高。由于热网在运行过程中得不到良好的调节和控制,造成热网热力工况失调,严重的影响了供热质量和城市供热效益的发挥。为解决这些问题,应提高城市供热的自动化水平。2.城市热网自控状况和问题城市热力网实行自动控制和调节是保证
1. Introduction China’s urban district heating industry has begun to take shape after more than 30 years of construction. In the three northern regions, 54 cities have centralized urban heating facilities, and the heating area reaches 80 million square meters. Urban heating has played a good role in industrial and agricultural production and people’s lives. With the continuous expansion of urban heat supply, the monitoring, control, regulation, and management of existing urban heat networks must be continuously improved. As the heating network is not properly regulated and controlled during the operation, the thermal condition of the heating network is unbalanced, which seriously affects the heating quality and the urban heating efficiency. In order to solve these problems, the automation level of urban heating should be improved. 2.
