湘钢炼铁厂一号高炉投产于1977年10月,迄今已运行12年。维持高炉安全的冷却壁系统,因长年使用和循环水质较差,内管壁和管路接合部结垢严重,进出水温差已远远超出原设计2℃的标准。由于内部阻力较大,严重影响正常的循环散热,特别处于炉缸高温区的1、2、3段冷却壁,经测定:每块通水量只有0.5~0.95kg/s,只及正常通水量的1/4~1/3,直接威胁高炉的安全生产。为解决这一问题,厂方曾先后采用高压喷砂、高压水冲刷和高压吹风等办法除垢,均未取得明显成效。为此,湘钢公司曾责成有关部门组
