1990年11月29日,本刊第五届编委会第一次会议在北京召开,出席会议的有中国土木工程学会领导、应聘编委和编辑部工作人员共18人。会议由编委会主任周镜研究员主持。学会李承刚秘书长首先讲话,他肯定了办刊的成绩、传达了学会常务理事会对办好学报的要求;陈广驱副秘书长就编委会的换届改选作了说明。第五届编委会由26人组成,主任委员周镜、副主任委员王传志、胡世德。
On November 29, 1990, the first meeting of the 5th Editorial Committee of the Journal was held in Beijing. A total of 18 leaders from the Civil Engineering Society of China, candidates, and editorial staff attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by researcher Zhou Jing, a researcher. The Secretary-General of the Society, Li Chenggang, first spoke. He affirmed the achievements of the publication and conveyed the requirements of the Standing Committee of the Society to run the journal; Chen Guangchuan, the deputy secretary-general, gave explanations on the reelection of the editorial board. The fifth edition of the editorial board is composed of 26 members. The chairman of the committee is Zhou Jing, and the deputy chairman Wang Chuanzhi and Hu Shide.
