地震属性是对目的层地震特性的量化测量。自地球物理工作者开始将旅行时拾取到野外地震记录上的20世纪30年代起,属性分析在反射波地震解释方面已经变得相当重要。现在已经从地震资料中计算出50多个明确的地震属性,并将其应用到了地质构造、地层和岩石/孔隙流体特性的解释中。地震属性技术的发展与计算机技术的发展紧密相连。今天,能够将不同资料综合成大数据体并计算大量地震属性的大型计算机工作站已经成为地震解释人员从地震资料中寻找地质和油藏工程信息的日常工具。在庆祝SEG75界年会的回顾文章中,我们列出了现代地震属性分析技术发展中的重大历史事件。
Seismic attributes are quantitative measures of the seismic behavior of the target layer. Since the beginning of the 1930s when geophysical workers began to pick up field-based seismic records of travel, attribute analysis has become quite important in seismic interpretation of reflected waves. More than 50 well-defined seismic attributes have now been calculated from seismic data and applied to the interpretation of geologic formations, formations and rock / pore fluid properties. The development of seismic attribute technology is closely linked with the development of computer technology. Today, large computer workstations that combine different data into large data volumes and compute large amounts of seismic attributes have become routine tools for seismic interpreters to look for seismic and reservoir engineering information from seismic data. In a review article celebrating the SEG75 World Congress, we present some of the major historical events in the development of modern seismic attribute analysis techniques.
