目的了解分离自配方奶粉和婴幼儿食品及奶粉生产环境的阪崎肠杆菌的药物敏感性和耐药性。方法采用纸片扩散法对19株分离自配方奶粉和婴幼儿食品及奶粉生产环境的阪崎肠杆菌进行11大类29种抗生素的药敏实验。结果 19株阪崎肠杆菌对青霉素G、苯唑西林、万古霉素等3种抗生素耐药,对临床常用针对肠杆菌科的抗生素敏感。结论临床中应加强该菌的监测,同时加强对预防用药和临床用药的重视,以减少阪崎肠杆菌多重耐药性的产生。
Objectives To understand the drug sensitivity and drug resistance of Enterobacter sakazakii isolated from formula and infant formula and milk powder production environments. Methods Nineteen antibiotics from 11 strains of E. sakazakii isolated from formula, infant formula and milk powder production environment were screened by disk diffusion method. Results 19 Enterobacter sakazakii were resistant to three kinds of antibiotics, penicillin G, oxacillin and vancomycin, and were sensitive to antibiotics commonly used in clinical practice in Enterobacteriaceae. Conclusions The monitoring of this bacterium should be strengthened in clinic, meanwhile, more attention should be paid to the prophylaxis and clinical medication to reduce the multi-drug resistance of Enterobacter sakazakii.
