苹果渣含有丰富的营养成分,是培养食用菌的良好培养物料。用其作培养基栽培蘑菇,产量高,味道鲜荚,营养丰富,每100千克,培养料可产鲜菇100千克左右。 (1)配方组成。苹果渣(干粉)70％、木屑15％、麦麸13％、石灰2％。
