通过实海长尺挂片及其它多种腐蚀试验,得出了 Cr、Si、Cu 和 Mo 复合添加能有效地改善钢在飞溅带耐蚀性能。在此基础上,合理地确定了本研究钢(10 CrCuSjV)的化学成份.工业性试生产表明,本钢种综合机械性能及可焊性良好;在飞溅带耐蚀性比 A_3钢提高一倍以上.本钢种可广泛地使用于海洋工程结构。
It is concluded that the combined addition of Cr, Si, Cu and Mo can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of steel in the spatter zone through real-time long-length coupons and many other corrosion tests. On this basis, the chemical composition of the steel (10 CrCuSjV) in this study was rationally determined.Industrial production showed that the mechanical properties and weldability of the present steel were good and the corrosion resistance of the splash belt was double that of A 3 steel More than the steel can be widely used in marine engineering structures.
