企业档案,是企业经济实体的重要组成部分。在市场经济的新形势下,为了使我厂档案管理工作适应转换经营机制的新特点,成为新时期企业参与市场竞争的有效工具,近年来我们围绕开放开发档案信息资源的新功能,积极转换档案工作新机制,取得档案工作自身建设的新成果。主要是: 一、做好三项管理:一是分层次管理。根据我厂三级管理的机构配置,确定与之相配套的档案管理体系,第一层次是以厂档案室为中心的管理层,第二层次是以生产车间和职能部门构成的执行层,第三层次是由班组组成的操作层。分层管理为我厂档案的收集、保管、开放开发形成了职能结构,进行正常有序的工作,二是分权管理。我厂档案室作为职能结构的最高层,主要是业务领导和控制历史性档案,凡属基建、技改、科研等竣工项目的资料,归口统一管理。
Corporate records are an important part of the economic entities of a company. Under the new situation of the market economy, in order to adapt the management of the archives of our factory to the new characteristics of the transformation of the operating mechanism, it has become an effective tool for enterprises to participate in market competition in the new era. In recent years, we have actively changed our archives around the new function of opening up and developing archives information resources. Work on new mechanisms and obtain new achievements in the construction of archives. The major ones are: 1. Doing well three managements: First, management at different levels. According to the organizational configuration of the third-level management of our factory, we determine the supporting file management system. The first level is the management centered on the factory’s archives, and the second level is the execution floor composed of the production workshop and functional departments. The third level is the operation layer made up of teams and teams. Hierarchical management has formed a functional structure for the collection, storage, and open development of our factory’s archives, carrying out normal and orderly work, and second, decentralized management. As the highest level of the functional structure, our factory’s archives room is mainly responsible for business leadership and control of historical archives. All the materials for infrastructure projects, technological reforms, and scientific research projects are managed under centralized jurisdiction.
