考察了尖尾芋根茎的不同溶剂提取物对5种人肿瘤细胞(M-GC803、Hela、bel7402、K-562和MDA-MB-435)的抑制作用。结果表明,尖尾芋根茎50%乙醇提取物的抑制作用较强,进一步筛选显示该提取物的石油醚萃取部位对人肿瘤细胞M-GC803的抑制活性较显著(IC50=121 g/ml)。采用GC-MS法分析该石油醚部位的化学成分,共鉴定了其中43个化学成分,含量占前5位的成分分别是:亚油酸(23.59%)、十六烷酸(18.91%)、间十五烷基酚(15.51%)、亚麻酸(9.09%)和3’-甲氧基苯并[1’,2’-b]-1,4-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烯(5.18%)。
The inhibitory effects of different solvent extracts from the roots of Potato tuber on five human tumor cells (M-GC803, Hela, bel7402, K-562 and MDA-MB-435) were investigated. The results showed that 50% ethanolic extract of root tuber of Rhizome had stronger inhibitory effect, and further screening showed that petroleum ether extract of this extract had significant inhibitory activity on human tumor cell M-GC803 (IC50 = 121 g / ml). The chemical constituents of petroleum ether were analyzed by GC-MS. Among them, 43 chemical constituents were identified, and the contents of the top five constituents were: linoleic acid (23.59%), palmitic acid (18.91%), Pentadecylphenol (15.51%), linolenic acid (9.09%) and 3’-methoxybenzo [1 ’, 2’-b] -1,4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane Ene (5.18%).
