一、绪言最近,控轧(CR)工艺已得到迅速地发展,而目前在高强度和高韧性管线钢生产线上运用是必然的。在控轧的过程中,象 Nb、V 和 Ti 这些微量合金元素,在以下三个方面有非常重要的作用。(1)沉淀硬化,(2)阻止钢在加热和轧制过程中奥氏体(γ)晶粒长大,(3)延迟奥氏体(γ)再结晶。除这三个作用之外,钛还有控制夹杂物形貌的作用。本报导叙述了这些冶金元素和在轧机上控轧钛钢的若干生产结果与 Nb—V 钢相比较。
I. INTRODUCTION Recently, the controlled rolling (CR) process has been rapidly developed. At present, it is inevitable to use CR steel line with high strength and high toughness. In the rolling process, such as Nb, V and Ti these alloying elements, in the following three aspects have a very important role. (1) Precipitation hardening, (2) Prevent austenite (γ) grain growth during steel heating and rolling, and (3) Delay austenite (γ) recrystallization. In addition to these three roles, titanium also has the ability to control the appearance of inclusions. This report describes some of the metallurgical elements and some of the results of controlled rolling of titanium in rolling mills compared to Nb-V steels.
