In April 2015, Henan vocational education ushered in a “exam ”. In the first law enforcement inspection conducted by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress this year, Zhang Dejiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, visited Henan to conduct a four-day law enforcement inspection on the implementation of the Vocational Education Law in Henan. During the four days, Zhang Dejiang came to Kaifeng, Xuchang and Zhengzhou successively to visit the service halls of vocational colleges, enterprise practice bases and talent market in Henan Province.
