于起翔,复旦大学新闻系毕业,硕士,历任广西日报记者、部主任、广西经济报副总编、南国早报副总编,现任广西日报社副总编辑。广西日报社是全国第一家采用最新发布的国家标准GB／T20093-2006《中文新闻信息分类与代码》(以下简称“新分类标准”)的新闻媒体,当他们做出这个决策时,这个“新分类标准”还没有被国家标准化管理委员会正式批准为国家标准。那么,他们当时为什么要冒着风险,担当起首个应用“新分类标准”的实践者、探路人?他们在使用这个“新分类标准”的过程中,碰到过哪些问题和困难?他们具体又是怎么做的,最后取得什么样的实际效果?这些问题引起了新闻界、特别是报业同行们的极大关注,为此,我们采访了广西日报社于起翔副总编辑。
Yu Xiang, graduated from Fudan University, Department of Journalism, Master, served as Guangxi Daily reporter, director, deputy director of Guangxi Economic Daily, deputy editor of Southern Morning Post, Guangxi Daily currently deputy editor in chief. Guangxi Daily was the first news media in China to adopt the newly released national standard GB / T20093-2006, “Classification and Code of Chinese News Information” (hereinafter referred to as “New Taxonomy”). When they made this decision, New taxonomy “has not been formally approved by the National Standardization Management Committee as a national standard. So why did they at the time take the risk of becoming the first practitioners, explorers, to apply the ”new taxonomy“? What problems and difficulties did they encounter in using this ”new taxonomy?" What kind of practical results have we finally achieved? These problems aroused tremendous attention from the media, especially the newspaper colleagues. To this end, we interviewed the deputy editor-in-chief of Qixiang of Guangxi Daily.
