在解剖一具成年女性标本时,发现其胆囊全部游离(见附图),长8.2cm,宽3.1cm,借系膜与肝脏相连。系膜呈矢状位,上端附于肝的脏面,下端连胆囊体和颈,系膜长7.4cm,宽1.6cm。肝的大小正常,在肝右叶前缘,肝镰状韧带的右侧有一舌状突向前下方的附加叶。该叶与周围肝组织之间形成裂隙(深约1.5cm),下面和肝方叶相邻,横径4.3cm,纵径2.7cm,其外观、硬度正常。游离性胆囊和肝舌状附加叶,文献报道较少,而二者同时出现则比较罕见。
When dissecting an adult female specimen, it was found that the gallbladder was completely free (see the attached figure), 8.2 cm long and 3.1 cm wide, connected to the liver by the mesangial membrane. Mesangial was sagittal, attached to the top of the liver of the dirty surface, the lower end of the gallbladder and neck, mesangial length 7.4cm, width 1.6cm. The size of the liver is normal. At the leading edge of the right lobe of the liver, the right side of the liver sickle ligament has an additional leaflet that protrudes forward and downward. The leaf and the surrounding liver tissue between the formation of fissures (depth of about 1.5cm), the next and the liver square adjacent to the horizontal diameter 4.3cm, longitudinal diameter 2.7cm, its appearance, hardness normal. Free gallbladder and liver additional tongue, reported in the literature less, while the two are more common at the same time.
