作者采用活性污泥缺氧变速生物滤池系统进行城市污水深度处理。该系统采用不投加任何药剂的硝化反硝化工艺。选取曝气池水力停留时间(HRT曝)、缺氧变速生物滤池水力停留时间(HRT滤)两因素各三个水平,按L9(34)正交表共进行九组正交试验。结果表明:系统最佳运行条件为HRT曝=4h、HRT滤=352h。在最佳运行条件下,系统CODCr去除率为911%,缺氧变速生物滤池NO--N去除率为744%。试验后期对系统出水回用可行性分析结果表明:该系统出水可用于农田灌溉,消毒后可用作城市生活杂用水。
The authors used an activated sludge-anoxic variable-speed biological filter system for advanced urban wastewater treatment. The system uses a nitrification-denitrification process that does not add any chemicals. Selecting the aeration tank hydraulic retention time (HRT exposure), hypoxia variable speed biological filter hydraulic retention time (HRT filtration), two levels of the three factors, according to the L9 (34) orthogonal table, a total of nine groups of orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal operating conditions of the system were HRT exposure = 4h, HRT filtration = 352h. Under the optimal operating conditions, the system CODCr removal rate was 911%, and the NO--N removal rate of the anoxic variable-speed biological filter was 744%. The feasibility analysis results of the system’s effluent reuse at the end of the experiment show that the effluent of the system can be used for irrigation in farmland and can be used as miscellaneous water for urban life after disinfection.
