心力衰竭(HF)是一种常见的综合征,虽然近年来它的发病机制和治疗研究已取得了很大进展,但是病死率仍较高。最近的研究提示内皮素、肿瘤坏死因子与HF的发生发展及疾病的预后密切相关。抗内皮素及肿瘤坏死因子的治疗可改善HF患者的血流动力学,缓解患者的症状,为HF治疗提供了新的方向。
Heart failure (HF) is a common syndrome and despite its great advances in the pathogenesis and treatment of the disease in recent years, the case fatality rate is still high. Recent studies suggest that endothelin, tumor necrosis factor and the occurrence and development of HF and the prognosis of the disease are closely related. Anti-endothelin and tumor necrosis factor therapy can improve the hemodynamics of patients with HF, relieve the symptoms of patients, providing a new direction for the treatment of HF.
