通过对北京市高职院校500名高等职业学校教师进行调查,了解到北京市高职教师的主观幸福感整体上良好,但不同性别、年龄、学历、职称及婚姻状况的高职教师在主观幸福感上有差异,职称越高,主观幸福感越强。根据影响高职教师主观幸福感的主要因素,提出相应的增进策略。
Through the investigation of 500 higher vocational school teachers in higher vocational colleges in Beijing, we know that the subjective well-being of higher vocational teachers in Beijing is generally good, but the higher vocational teachers with different gender, age, academic record, professional title and marital status are subjective There are differences in happiness, the higher the title, the stronger the sense of subjective well-being. According to the main factors that affect the subjective well-being of higher vocational teachers, we put forward the corresponding promotion strategies.
