职业院校在发展过程中会遇到很多问题,其中最为重要的一个问题不是招不到学生,而是师资力量的缺乏,而师资力量不足不仅体现在人员数量上,更多的体现在教师能力也普遍跟不上要求。因为职业院校教师不同于普通学校的教师,除了需要理论知识的支撑还需要大量的实践经验才能满足授课条件。而汽车专业作为最近几年随着汽车行业兴盛而发展起来的专业更是严重受到师资不足的影响。本文主要提出一种新的解决师资不足问题的方法,就是依靠学校自身资源,培养满足自己所需的足够数量有能力的专业教师。
