克强经济学用政府首脑的名字描述其执政期间的经济政策,是国际上十分常见的做法,“克强经济学”就是这一做法在中国的体现。“克强指数”、“克强经济学”等概念,是观察中国经济走势和前景的一个比较个人化的角度,强调的是政策团队对经济政策的分析和阐述。案例7月初,国务院宣布将在上海设立中国内地首个自由贸易区。香港《南华早报》认为:李克强力排众议推上海自贸区,打造成“克强经济学”橱窗。
It is a very common practice in the world to describe the economic policies during the governing period under the name of the head of government of Keqiang Economics.
