北京宏志中学创办于2000年,是一所专门招收家庭贫困、品学兼优学生的公益性学校。建校14年来,学校不断引领宏志学子用自己的实际行动回报社会,志愿服务工作逐步成为学校的特色。建立志愿服务长效机制学校建立了以学校、社区为综合志愿服务平台的工作机制,在“志愿北京”网站上设立“北京宏志中学志愿服务队-各个班级服务队-每班志愿服务工作小组”的三级管理网络。同时,对学校志愿服务实行“五定”“三到位”。五定:一定计划——每学期对全校性的志愿服务活动进行整体规划和安排,各班也会制定切实可行的志愿者服
