This article reports a rare case of dysphagia caused by the ectopic gastric mucosa at the upper end of the esophagus. Male, 31 years old, complained of difficulty swallowing for 7 months. Barium swallow esophageal X-ray examination showed the first thoracic horizontal filling defect. Esophageal esophageal anterior wall see about 1cm diameter of the pedicle-free inflammatory disease.
