目的:观察葫芦巴提取物对前列腺增生大鼠的影响。方法:去势大鼠皮下注射睾酮5mg/kg,同时给予葫芦巴提取物连续28天,检查前列腺病变情况,取相同部位前列腺组织,以免疫组化定量技术对α-SMA抗原进行检测。结果:葫芦巴提取物高剂量组(2g/kg)、中剂量组(1g/kg)能显著降低前列腺重量和前列腺指数,显著降低前列腺腺腔直径和腺上皮高度;葫芦巴提取物各剂量组均可降低前列腺组织中α-SMA的表达。结论:葫芦巴提取物能抑制前列腺增生,机理之一与该药抑制了前列腺组织中平滑肌细胞的增生可能有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of fenugreek extract on benign prostatic hyperplasia rats. Methods: The ovariectomized rats were injected subcutaneously with testosterone (5mg / kg) and fenugreek extract for 28 days. Prostate lesions were examined.
