对旋转挤压灌注桩进行了定义,通过对旋转挤压灌注桩受力机理的了解,给出了旋转挤压灌注单桩极限承载力的计算方法,介绍了旋转桩的成桩工法,与传统桩进行比较,体现了较传统桩特性上的技术优势,说明了旋转桩在工程应用中的技术优越性及实用性。通过在同种地质情况下,对传统直杆灌注桩与旋转挤压灌注桩进行实际承载力对比试验,进一步证明了旋转挤压灌注桩比传统灌注桩的承载力有较明显的提高,表明旋转挤压灌注桩在工程应用中具有较高经济适用价值。
The definition of rotating squeezed cast-in-situ piles is defined. Based on the understanding of the mechanical mechanism of rotating squeezed cast-in-situ piles, the calculation method of the ultimate bearing capacity of rotary squeezed cast piles is given. Compared with the pile, it reflects the technical superiority of the traditional pile characteristics, and illustrates the technical superiority and practicability of the rotary pile in engineering application. By comparing the actual bearing capacity of the traditional straight piles with the rotating extruded piles under the same geological conditions, it is further proved that the bearing capacity of the rotating extruded piles is obviously higher than that of the traditional cast-in-situ piles, indicating that the rotation Squeeze cast-in-place pile has high economic and applicable value in engineering application.
