目的:探讨人白细胞抗原(HLADR抗原)和凋亡相关基因Fas、bcl2及bax在肝癌中表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法研究40例肝癌组织中HLADR、Fas、bcl2及bax的表达。结果:40例肝细胞癌中18例HLADR阳性,阳性率45%,癌旁肝细胞阴性。6例癌细胞Fas阳性,阳性率为15%,癌旁细胞20例阳性,阳性率500%。癌细胞bcl2阳性6例,阳性率为15%,8例癌旁细胞阳性,阳性率为20%。癌细胞bax阳性8例,阳性率为20%,癌旁细胞25例阳性,阳性率为625%。结论:提示HLADR异常表达与肝细胞癌变有关;Fas可能不是引起肝癌细胞凋亡的主要途径;bcl2和bax的变化可能影响肝细胞的凋亡状态,在肝癌发生中可能起一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the significance of human leukocyte antigen (HLADR) and apoptosis-related genes Fas, bcl2 and bax expression in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of HLADR, Fas, bcl2 and bax in 40 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. RESULTS: Of the 40 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 18 cases were positive for HLA DR, the positive rate was 45%, and the adjacent hepatocytes were negative. Fas was positive in 6 cases of cancer cells, the positive rate was 15%, and paraneoplastic cells were positive in 20 cases, and the positive rate was 500%. There were 6 cases of positive bcl2 cancer cells, with a positive rate of 15%. Eight cases were positive for paracancerous cells and the positive rate was 20%. 8 cases of positive bax cancer cells were positive, the positive rate was 20%, paraneoplastic cells were positive in 25 cases, and the positive rate was 625%. Conclusion: It is suggested that the abnormal expression of HLADR is related to the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma; Fas may not be the main pathway to cause apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells; the changes of bcl2 and bax may affect the apoptotic state of hepatocytes and may play a role in the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
